Coffee machine leasing

Lease a coffee machine for your business

Start with the coffee setup your business needs. Tell us what you would like to serve, and we’ll help you explore the machine and any available lease options together.

Finance availability depends on the selected equipment, provider terms and status.

Compare the options for the same machine

Buying outright and arranging a lease start with the same question: which setup is right for your business? Ask us for the purchase price and any available lease terms for that equipment, so you can compare what each proposal covers.

OptionWhat to ask for
Buying outrightThe equipment price, whether it includes VAT, when payment is due and what the proposal includes.
Exploring a leaseHow long the agreement lasts, what you would pay and when, any upfront costs or fees, how VAT is charged and any eligibility requirements.

We’ll need to confirm the equipment, price and available terms before preparing a quote. An enquiry is a starting point, not finance approval.

Start with what you know

You do not need a model name or a completed configuration to ask for help.

  1. Tell us about your business

Share your site postcode, the drinks you want to serve and when you expect the busiest coffee breaks. If you have a preferred machine, budget or installation date, mention those too.

  2. Work through the setup

We’ll help you consider the machine, available space, water supply, milk storage and everyday cleaning. The equipment and support you need belong in the same conversation.

  3. Review the confirmed proposal

Ask us to explain the equipment, price, lease terms and any eligibility requirements. Check the costs, responsibilities and conditions before deciding whether to proceed.

What the proposal needs to make clear

Before you decide, ask us to set out the details that apply to your chosen equipment:

  • The exact machine, options and any separate equipment.
  • How long the agreement lasts, when payments are due, any upfront payment and any fees.
  • How VAT is charged and how much you would pay over the whole agreement.
  • What installation, training, servicing and repairs are included, and what is charged separately.
  • Your responsibilities during the agreement and the conditions for ending it early.
  • What happens at the end, including any return, extension or ownership options that actually apply.

Think beyond the machine

Installation, training and support need to be clear in your proposal. Ask what is included for your machine, who carries out the work and which responsibilities stay with your team.

For WMF service enquiries, brüud helps manage and coordinate the request. WMF carries out engineering and repairs, with arrangements checked for your machine.

Your ingredients are your choice

You can choose brüud coffee and ingredients or another compatible supplier, without a compulsory ingredient contract. The products you use still need to suit your machine.

Explore your machine options

Use these ranges as starting points for choosing your equipment. Exploring a manufacturer or model does not confirm that a lease is available; that needs to be checked for your chosen setup.

Questions about leasing a coffee machine

Can I enquire before choosing a machine?

Yes. Tell us about your business, the drinks you want and your busiest periods. We’ll help you work through the equipment before discussing available finance options.

How much would a lease cost?

We need to confirm the equipment and available terms before giving an estimate. Ask for a clear breakdown of the payments, upfront costs, fees and VAT, plus the total amount you would pay.

Is servicing included?

Check the particular proposal. Ask which installation, training, servicing and repair arrangements are included, who provides them and what may be charged separately.

Do I have to use brüud coffee?

You can choose brüud coffee and ingredients or another compatible supplier, without a compulsory ingredient contract. The products you use still need to suit your machine.

Will the machine belong to us at the end?

Ask for the end-of-agreement conditions before committing. Any return, extension or ownership options need to be set out for the particular arrangement.

Can my business get a lease?

Finance availability depends on the selected equipment, provider terms and status. Start with an enquiry so the applicable requirements can be checked.
